At Easy Print Care, we aim to deliver high-quality printing services with complete customer satisfaction. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or reprint if:

  • The final product is damaged during delivery
  • There is a clear defect in printing quality caused by us
  • The delivered product does not match the approved specifications

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Errors in design files or content provided by the customer
  • Color variations due to screen display differences
  • Minor variations in size, alignment, or finishing within acceptable industry standards
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

4. Reporting an Issue

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include order details and clear photos showing the problem to help us review your request quickly.

5. Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free reprint of the order
  • Partial refund based on the issue
  • Full refund (in rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved)

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
